I just wanted to say a huge thank you, Deb, for helping me achieve so much at this month's Credible Fitness Fitcamp.
I'd been away from exercise for a while so my fitness, energy and motivation levels were all extremely low and I was a bit wary of starting up again. Your friendly, positive style coupled with your excellent exercise programme has made all the difference to me.
Three times a week I get to enjoy a great combination of challenging yet fun exercise and a really supportive group of women who, under your expert tutelage, are so encouraging. You manage to create just the right blend of hard work and good fun. I particularly like the short intense M.E. sessions.
Also, by sticking to clean and healthy eating I started to lose inches quite quickly as I began to tone up. Equally, if not more importantly, my sleep patterns have started to improve and I feel physically and mentally stronger, more energised and happier than I have in ages.
Thank you. Can't wait for the next one.

After giving up smoking, I joined Credible Fitness Fitcamp. Wow! What fun and a great group of ladies.
Deb knows her stuff and mixes it up a lot so you never get bored. I really love the Facebook page so that everybody can check in with each other daily. It's very motivating and makes you accountable. I lost inches from my body and had toned arms for the summer.
Just what I always wished for.
Being a lady of a certain age, not as fit as I could be and most certainly not conforming to the "standard" shape and size, I decided to take the plunge and to get fit, so the next stage was where and how? The thought of joining a gym with all those lycra clad yummy mummies whose idea of perspiration is something that only horses do, did not as you can understand fill me with glee.
I decided to give Deb10's Fitcamp a go.
I could not have been made to feel more welcome and was immediately put at ease by the rest of the members who have the same goals and concerns as myself. we are all varying ages, sizes and shapes a real cross section of the real world. Deb whilst pushing you to your maximum never makes you feel inadequate if you are not able to match everyone else. It is very much your pace but with no chance of slacking. If you want to learn more about mountain climbers, bear walks and stick ups then Deb is the best person I know to explain these and many other strange sounding but fun exercises. If you have had a dad day, the best is the alternate punches - what a stress reliever that is!!!
On top of Fitcamp Deb has been able to help me with my eating habits, giving me ideas and suggestions and this along with the exercise has helped in my shape changing and more importantly I now feel better about myself. Once again all of this has been at my own pace I have never felt forced into anything and have made some great like minded friends.
